I do agree. I was yesterday 10FEB09 at Schipol airport and purchased a Wifi access. The only connection I could get was to the screen allowing to sign in and enter my credit card number. Out of this it was just impossible to connect to anything. I tried to send KPN an e-mail. The address info@kpn-cc.nl they provide returns an error message. This service really sucks. They claim to provide access by they only here to get money without providing any service. KPN Wifi service at AMS Schipol airport does suck.
